Hands on skill have came on leaps and bounds since starting the job, can communicate between colleges better, have a greater understanding of aircraft in general
I enjoy being within a team and working with new people and working in an enjoyable work environment
Well structured and we are given a heads up on new changes coming up
They always make sure that we are enjoying the things we are doing and make sure we are fitting in well
Have given us a good opportunity with a HNC and A license with the courses developing out practical skills as well
