Maintenance work on equipment within the Plant and keeping volume to a optimal standard.
I have learned technical skills and enhanced some of previous skills since starting my apprenticeship and feel more confident everyday with tasks and skill-related activities.
There are many days were the work is enjoyable where I feel comfortable and confident with tasks. Also, there are much harder days that come with every work place.
The apprenticeship program is fairly well organised within the placements, which gives us a taster for the whole Plant. However, in some scenarios, more time with shifts and associates would only help and improve my confidence.
The support I receive from my employer is very good. I have always been able to speak freely with my employer and receive as much support as I could ask for.
I receive good support from BMW towards my qualifications, where I have needed help I have always received it.
I feel as if there have been a few occasions where this has been applicable. However, for the most part of the learning, I have barely used any of the knowledge yet.
There used to be social activities in my first year every week. However, this has since changed and very few events like this happen and they are now very rare.

They are a very prestigious company to work for and it is a great career to get into.
