i enjoy it a lot i learn at a pace suited to me and have learnt a lot in a fairly short amount of time.
its organised in a way that makes it easy to follow and keep up with and its structured in a way that you arent learning too many different things at once.
they support me really well with meetings but due to the circumstances probably doing a bit more hours than i would like for the course work I'm doing.
they really help with organising the work and allowing me to work at my own pace.
allows me to understand why I'm doing different things and the procedures i use in the work place
