Assist the dental clinicians & patients, to sterilise and decontaminate instruments.
I have, the resources they provide and some webinars were good! I have developed my knowledge and have a better understanding of what I do day to day.
The communication from tempdent wasn’t great. My assessor was lovely but not very organised. I liked the weekly webinars although some were very boring and the resources given and SVLE activities were good. The programme was okay - you are supposed to be assessed in person 3 time over the duration of the course, beginning, middle and end, and due to the lack of assessors, I was not seen until the end which meant I was delayed in sitting my exams.
Not amazingly organised but the webinars stuck to the timetable given before the course starts.
I did receive support however, the emails I sent took around 3-5 days to respond to.
Again, i did receive support just at the wrong time and when they realised I was going to be delayed etc.
I do as they have given me information that aids my day to day job life

Overall, no I wouldn’t. The course overall wasn’t enjoyable due to the stress and lack of organisation. However, I don’t believe this is all my assessors fault and due to the fact that they have so many learners and not enough staff to support the learners.
