We answer calls from customers such as accountants, small to medium sized business owners and payroll clerks. They will have technical queries regarding the Sage product they are using.
I have developed my communication and IT skills. It has improved my confidence and knowledge hugely in many areas.
I really enjoy the working environment and the people I work with. There is some need in this role to hit specific targets so that can come with certain pressure but everyone wants to help.
It is very well organised in that we have a dedicated tutor and are set manageable deadlines with based on the time we are allocated to complete college work.
I receive a lot of support from both my manager and everyone else at Sage. It is a really supportive environment where everyone is happy to help
My training provider is brilliant. My tutor couldn't do anymore and is always there to support
It really helps me adapt to meet my customer needs and fully embody Sage's core values.
There are careers fairs so you can explore other areas of the business and there are treats on offer at times like fairs at lunchtime. There is an annual Xmas party too of course.
Yes
I would because of the people who work here. It is a place like no other where everyone is kind and wants to help
I would advise to just practice some generic interview questions and to just be brave.
