As a customer support apprentice my role consists of receiving phone calls from my customers and making sure that their technical software issues are fixed for them.
My software skills have definitely developed massively. I am very well trained now with computers and software and can support customers with the vast majority of their issues.
I really enjoy the programme it is a really great experience where there is a lot of opportunity to be able to move to other areas also.
I think the organisation could be a little bit better as there are times where we have things added into our schedules without us even knowing and are expected to know that they are happening.
I receive all of the support that i need from people like my manager. They are there to help me out whenever i need and do their best to make sure that my welfare is good.
We receive a lot of support. However, i feel like in the apprenticeship work side of things it could be slightly better and there could be more options for us to receive support.
I think that it definitely helps me as you gain some great people skills and communication skills.
Yes we get our charity days during the year where we are allowed to take time as a team to help companies.
Yes
I just really enjoy it. Lovely people, plenty of opportunity and everyone roots for you to do your best. Great environment to work in and i am proud to say i work here.
I would say just be kind and respectful and make sure that you work hard. It goes a long way in here and you meet some very nice people and get some great opportunities by being so.
