Daily monitoring and maintenance of digital learning platforms, creating reports and drawing analyses, business process improvements, triaging customer queries and resolving with our technical supplier.

I enjoy the trainer workshops as my trainer is really engaged, and I enjoy the topics on gender in the workplace. I enjoy the opportunities to work as a group, and apply project management techniques in my daily work.

Good amount of support when I need it - opportunities created to help me apply my apprenticeship skills in my daily work, and apprenticeship programme manager is great.
Not much - they are quite rushed and there is very little time to ask questions and be coached, or to see examples of work to help you approach the post-workshop assignments.
It will help a lot once I get more stuck into it.
