  • Maintaining business admin of Licensed HN Consulting, answering enquiries and concerns from our partners Collecting and inputting data and information Regularly maintaining and organising business and partner data Collaborating and working with colleagues and team to achieve organisational goals Developing and improving our procedures and processes including finance procedures, website marketing etc.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Developed my relationship building, problem solving, time management and organisational skills. Had minimal experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel prior to role, and now has a stronger understanding and experience of the software. Developed understanding of business admin, finance, marketing and consulting.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme as it does provides valuable experience and knowledge. However at times, the content/work differs very significantly in comparison to my level 6 degree (which is expected).

  • Structure is good, but 6/10 rating because there is nothing that particularly stands out to me

  • Highly supportive team and colleagues. Very satisfied with the amount of support received

  • Support is given when I require support but I tend to work independently therefore have not experienced much encounters.

  • It helps me perform better in my role by building my understanding and knowledge of business. Also helps provides business solutions
