Leading a digital product management team, setting strategy, ensuring timely delivery and managing the product roadmap.
Learnt lots of new skills around culture, values, leadership styles, strategy, organisational design, marketing etc.
Thoroughly enjoyed the programme - stretched me in all the right ways and pushed me out of my comfort zone at times.
Very well organised and structured. Good balance between independent learning and group work.
Excellent support - all the time required to complete the apprenticeship and plenty of opportunities to demonstrate the right knowledge, skills and behaviours.
