Shadow current engineers on a daily basis learning skills to gain my knowledge and understand electrical and mechanical machinery
I have learn a lot of new skills from college and then I am now transferring them onto my everyday work on a daily basis
I am really enjoying the program and am keen to close off assignments to further my progression on the course
After a slow start to the course it has now become a well structured programme with both work and college communicating now a lot better
Regular breakfast meetings and 12 week reviews
We have 12 week reviews which are very beneficial and also can email and talk to all at college to ask questions
It gives me knowledge around how things work within the work place allowing me to use this knowledge when I am back at work.

The site I work on has been there for over 80 years and I imagine it will be there for another 80. The site is big and it is now starting to invest a lot more capital there so only good things to come
Go for it. The place is full of great friendly people and all are willing to help.
