  • I am a technician for Sage 50 payroll, I answer queries on payroll and fix issues in the customers software through phone and chat support

  • The apprenticeship as whole was good.

  • the course work is easy to follow, could have done with a little bit more time to complete certain areas of the coursework.

  • we were given time to complete our work which was helpful.

  • Our training provider prepared us well, we all left with distinctions.

  • it helps me understand all legislation/regulations and what skills i need to deal with customers in the correct way which has shown in my customer metrics.

  • Not really, we do charity days for 5 days of the year.
