I am a technician for Sage 50 payroll, I answer queries on payroll and fix issues in the customers software through phone and chat support
good customer service skills, influencing skills, team working.
The apprenticeship as whole was good.
the course work is easy to follow, could have done with a little bit more time to complete certain areas of the coursework.
we were given time to complete our work which was helpful.
Our training provider prepared us well, we all left with distinctions.
it helps me understand all legislation/regulations and what skills i need to deal with customers in the correct way which has shown in my customer metrics.
