I support the achievement of Unit4's strategic goals by ensuring that people across Unit4 are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors to succeed in their roles, deliver the strategy, and develop their careers. I focus mainly on leadership development, talent management and performance enablement.
I've so far formalised my practical skills with theory and learnt some new concepts to apply in my work to enhance what I offer and how I support my organization.
I enjoy the live webinars and workshops and hearing the perspectives of peers also in the programme. It helps shift my understanding of how and what I apply in my industry to how things potentially work in other industries.
I'm clear on what is expected of me and by when. The structure is communicated up front. The EPA and gateway elements have been a bit confusing but that's down to the process rather than the training provider. The UX could be better by better integration between BUD and the course learning materials, and the reflection logs (the reflection logs can definitely be built into a system).

As mentioned, I have learnt some new concepts to apply in my work to enhance what I offer and how I support my organization. There are times I've also had to stop and reflect on how and what I do which has been helpful. There are even elements of the programme structure that I have introduced to programmes that I run.
Yes - mainly focused on CSR and DEI. I am actively participating the Women@Unit4 ERG.
