I run a pub for Marston's, doing admin work as well as being out front and serving our guests ensuring they have a brilliant experience to make memories.
I have developed my leadership skills, management styles as well as constantly adapting to different situations to be able to ensure the business runs smoothly.
It's good, but hard to complete when running a busy business. The trainers are friendly and helpful. The business project isn't great for those who struggle to write long essays.
Very well organised. Great modules and really key to developing and improving yourself to progress to the next level.
A lot, always asking if I need help or there for ideas.
Always keep in touch, making sure I'm on the right track.
It's helped me massively in developing my skills and learning new skills as well. I have never not learnt anything new from my apprenticeships.
Not many, but the ones that are there are fantastic experiences that anyone would enjoy!

It's a good company to work for, the people are what make the business. In the last few years Marston's has made massive strides in improving employee work life and incentives/bonuses are constantly being improved.
Have the initiative to try something new and always be open to learning. Hard work and determination will allow you to drive and progress your career!
