  • I am involved in assisting with legal work related to the practice that I am in. This changes every year/6 months which gives me a variety of work that I get involved in.

  • I have both learnt and developed my skills by a vast amount throughout the three years I have currently been in my role. The exposure that I receive and the knowledge that I gain will enable me to be miles ahead as an NQ.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme for multiple different reasons. This includes the level of involvement I have as a junior in client projects, the people, the social aspects and the support.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • As my programme is very new to KPMG, there are still some areas that are currently strengthening as the firm become more familiar with the programme that I am on. It is a learning curve, but has been continuously improving as time goes by.

  • There is always someone to reach out to and everyone is extremely happy to speak whenever it is needed.

  • There are many extra-curricular activities to be involved in at the firm which makes it a very social place to be.

  • Yes

  • It is amazing for juniors to learn and develop and provides a safe, kind and empowering environment for the future of my field. The support and learning is unmatched to what I have seen in other apprenticeships.
