Being a team leader for an operational team. Ensuring SLA'S and KPI's are met through leading group meetings, flagging potential risks and making sure governance and compliance measures are met for audit . Supporting team members and looking after there well being through regular 1-1's. Looking at personal development plans to encourage career development.

I really love the culture at RSA. Everyone is very friendly and also supportive of your apprentice journey and happy to give career advice
The training providing has been poor. Assignments aren't straightforward and often don't link to what has been learned in the lectures.
Its has helped me learn about key topics but I have learned more practical skills from in person training.
Yes they are starting an employee resource group for young and emerging talent and there is also lots of opportunities to socialise in your local office
