A huge amount. They are very keen to provide learning opportunities and allow me to immerse myself in the organisation, consolidating what I've learned. There is a great network of people across the organisation who are eager to offer support and create beneficial experiences.

Yes
Since joining, I've been really impressed at how far they stick to what they say they believe in. I've witnessed/experienced genuine care from Pearson towards its staff, and a real will from so many individuals to work towards the vision and values the company is aiming for.
In my experience, Pearson has been very attentive and inclusive. They say the right things and, more importantly, try to do the right things. Be open about what interests you within Pearson and how your values align, as this is the culture they seem to want to build.
