My daily role is to care, support, and protect service user from harm.

I enjoy it up to 80%, because of some information and skills I have been exposed to.
It is well organized.
I am support 60%. In the area of ELearning we are encouraged and mandated to complete. Because we have had changes a couple of times with having a parmanent manager.
I have good support from them, they provide relevant materials to support my training.

There are lots of activities during the day. But I am a night care assistant, therefore I seldom take part in the activities.
