Enjoyable yet challenging, the skills learned in University show some carryover in day to day tasks
Well structured from the University, the topics flow well into the next
Support is there when needed, some University tasks require an applicable workplace task which can be easily arranged
1 day a week to study for University, and this can be flexible if there are other obligations that fall on this day
The qualification will help to surpass the current role, some learning will help to go above and beyond what is expected

Great company, offers good support with qualifications and very flexible. They are especially great if you can work well independently.
Make sure to ask questions and absorb knowledge from those around you, ask for projects that allow you to apply University learnings and get real on the job experience
