It's well organised and structured. Timelines are clearly set out and learning coach has been really helpful along the way.
Good support. I have no issues blocking out the time each week to complete my 'off the job' hours. My manager has helped to come up with tasked that align with my apprenticeship.
Very good support. I get good feedback and was able to improved the quality of my work based on the very clear guidance that I received. My trainer has been helpful in realigning the course timings and deadline when needed.

RSA is definitely a supportive employer that provides opportunities to learn and development.
Try to interact with as many people at possible, from different areas of the business, as there are a lot of highly skilled (and approachable) people who we can all learn from.
