Helping children learn and develop through play in their early years, nappy changing, snack time, nap time, planning activities, doing observations, wow moments and reports. I also do all the admin work such as taking phone calls, replying emails, handling new enquiries etc.
Yes I have learnt lots of new skills as I was totally new in this field. I am still working to develop myself further on my math and English qualification.
I am thoroughly enjoying every bit of it as it is my dream job. I always wanted to work with children.

My assessor is very supportive and always ready to help. I am very happy.
It does help me a lot. There are new things to learn everyday as you go along. Lots of theories and strategies to work with children that I had never heard of before.
