1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day job role is to assist the dental professional I am working alongside and provide patient care and cleanliness to the surgery I am working in and making sure all equipment has been sterilized correctly with following the correct procedures that are in place. Tempdent have been amazing in helping provide the training I need to complete my course.

Learning something different every week or almost daily.

Loving learning a new career and getting information and knowledge about the teeth.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Tempdent is very good in the structure of my course, my assessor is always available to support me when I need them.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Both my employer and tempdent have gone over and above in supporting me along my journey of a trainee dental nurse, I couldn't fault my manager or assessor.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As much as I need from them they are only an email or phone call away.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Massively helps me in becoming a better trainee dental nurse

Very good company to work for and give you so many opportunities to progress if you want it, there are so many avenues to explore within Bupa.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bupa?

Don't hesitate and apply, I made a very big change and haven't looked back since.
