Managing promotions with high level customers
The programme is enjoyable, the degree course relates a lot to my place of work, but the job can be lacking in motivation and responsibility
the promgrame is structured very well, with lots of support from provider and employer
Lots, I have a course lead, a mentor, a career sponsor. As well as a whole host of different contacts who are all happy to help me
Lots, can easily set up calls and have quick contact with them, as well as routine check ins
At the moment it is helping to understand how businesses operate, and I can see those theories applied in my work place
There are small networking events but often have poor turnout, and are the same people so is limiting. There are sports activities but I set up after work football so isn't provided or run by employer
Yes
Overall, you learn a lot day in day out, and receive a lot of support for both my work and my degree. They are also understanding of personal time, and allow me to manage my time accordingly where needed
Apply early, and be yourself. Unilever hires based on your person more than your qualifications, as they want you to be able to fit into the company and learn the role rather than know the role but not fit into the company
