Process improvement and dashboard development. Optimising access to our SEO platform, on a day-to-day basis I am addressing any technical issues related to platform access, coordinating with our IT support team to resolve swiftly and continuously evaluating and implementing improvements. Data collection and analysis

I have gained extensive knowledge in SEO. I have advanced my proficiency in Power BI. I have enhanced my communication skills. I have learned a great deal about troubleshooting issues and developed effective problem-solving techniques

I've been enjoying my program because it has provided me with numerous opportunities to learn about various aspects within our IT function.

Currently I don't think majority of my modules directly correlates with my role, but there are aspects that do allow me to perform better in my role.

Yes, there are plenty extra-curricular activities available. For example socials, gym and sports events and professional networking events.

I would definitely recommend Unilever to a friend due to the great learning opportunities and experiences it offers, however I do wish the pay was better.
