I really enjoy my programme, my team has been so supportive since starting the programme and I have been given so many valuable opportunities to enhance my career progression.
The structure of my programme is well organised, I have a clear role and responsibility within my team. My line manager helps me with my work to study balance.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have weekly catch-ups with my line manager and have monthly progress reviews for career progression. I also receive regular upskilling workshops.
