Assisting the wider team through data simplification. I create dashboards and use code to clean, format and predict data.
Yes. Coding, teamworking, communication and working under pressure.
I massively enjoy my programme.
My programme is very well structured and organised. I get every Tuesday for Uni work and we go to Keele University once a semester. If I need more time for University work during the week this is not a problem. My projects in work also fit with University modules.
I receive massive support from my employer. Everybody is willing to help and I am encouraged to reject tasks given to me that will not add value to my apprenticeship.
Keele University is quite helpful. Most lecturers reply withing 2 working days and the lectures are thorough.
The qualification I am learning has given me an understanding to complete my role. I am still learning but the University work and projects go hand in hand.
Yes, we frequently have social events, there are sports teams and networking events. Personally I take part in the STEM events which Unilever massively supports.
Yes
Unilever exceeded my expectations. One of the main things for me is the idea that rank doesn't matter, everybody respects eachother equally. It's a very friendly place to work and very supportive. Unilever is focused on ensuring that I get the most out of my apprenticeship.
Teamwork is very important to Unilever. Others applying should show qualities of teamwork and ensure that they show respect for others.
