My role is to manufacture aerospace units using the tools and manuals provided
I have developed my manual dexterity, my knowledge of tools and learnt about how different parts are needed in the construction of the unit
I enjoy the programme as it develops life skills as well as manufacturing important units
There was disorganisation when we started and it has got slightly better but is still not perfect
Support is always available from members on your department or managers
Support is always available from the taring provider but the quality can lack
Some areas of the course are not relevant to my job role but a lot of areas do apply and can further your knowledge in different areas which can help develop knowledge in new areas

It is a very good and secure job that can give you important life skills and develop your knowledge in electrical and manufacturing areas
