  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme a lot as it has given me the opportunity to gain experience within one of the biggest consumer goods company in the world. However, I would have liked to move between functions more instead of staying in Supply Chain for the whole apprenticeship.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say that my programme is not that well organised in terms of rotating jobs yearly. We are not given an option in what path we want to go down within our career when being allocated our next job role. We are put into a new job role depending on business needs, without our needs being taken into account.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Unilever as a whole is a great business to join when beginning your career because you are thrown into the deep end as soon as you join. You get lots of important job roles and you are given the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
  • Unilever is very much team based and is always fun! Always research the business prior to applying to give you better insight into the type of people Unilever wants to employ. Just be yourself!
