  • I raise job requisitions, i answer shared inboxes, i have contact with lots of stores regarding their recruitment, i review CVs, send interview reminders, answer to reviews, reviewing vacancies on indeed etc

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • i have learnt how to have confidence when talking on the phone, i have learnt the process of recruitment, i have gained skills on reviewing CVs & have learnt a lot about savers during this time,

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoy it very much, its a very family felt office, i love the learning & recruitment side of side things, i love the confidence and new skills i have learnt, and the friends i have made.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised. Always organised schedule on what needs to be completed daily, weekly & monthly. Always a plan/organised schedule in place of what needs to be completed and when by, always organised when it comes to my apprentice training.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Endless amounts of support, always got the girls whenever i have a question or a need, always supporting with my apprenticeship training, always have time to ensure i am fully understanding and excelling in my work. Amazing support from the team ALWAYS.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Continuous support from that end, always helpful always assisting me with anything that i need, she prompts me so i can figure it out myself but always offers amazing support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • its helps to give me a larger understanding of the business, all the policies i have to follow and also helps me to grow my confidence, my apprenticeship training has also helped me learn new things & new skills.

  • we have lots of development sessions within HO.

  • its an amazing learning & development experience, it is a great place to work if you enjoy the family feel within a team, i love my team, love how much my knowledge & confidence has expanded and overall its an amazing place to work.
