    • Learned a lot through the ACA qualification. Time on site at lots of different businesses gives you a good insight into how they operate.

    • Great atmosphere with a good group of people. Work can be quite dull though.

    • Support from employer is good but could be much better.

    • Everything we learn in the ACA is directly useful at work.

    • Social events are brilliantly organised. Sports and other activities don't happen though.
