As an audit trainee you get the opportunity to rotate around various sectors. Within those sectors are tasked in with the testing of the audit and as you progress you get more involved in the planning
In a short space of time you are able to develop so many skills' build on your technical skills such as learn how to use excel, audit software and planning resources. Furthermore, you build the soft skills such interacting with entities and navigating challenges
I have enjoyed the programme so far. It is difficult as our are studying and working at the same time but in such a short space of time I have developed immensely
The programme is very structured. We have support from the firm, our tuition supplier and the ICAEW. Due to the nature of the business they make sure we are all on the same page and provide detailed check in on what need to be done
There is a wealth of support offered by the firm
The training provider is one of the best and they really investment time in you
The qualification is vital. Without it we wouldn't be able to perform our tasks or pursue our careers
The is a group of networks set up by the firm and various sports activities

It has a culture with is conducive for learning , especially at a young age
