Interacting with service users, providing assistance with daily life and ensuring they can live a fulfilled life no matter of their disabilities or age.
I developed my communication skills a lot more as i have switched my shifts from working nights to days.
I enjoy it as it gives me freedom to study and i do not have to worry about it as i can do it when i can

My trainer is really good she is doing a great Job with assisting me with anything i need.

Because there is nothing better than developing yourself and your knowledge and having freedom doing your learning.
I would say to apply as the training is very good the induction was great as it was easy to talk.
