  • Furthered my knowledge of IT and systems. Also learned new skills regarding design

  • VMo2 were very supportive, however the training provider was not so much.

  • VMo2 well arranged as well as the team

  • Good support and assistance where needed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The first 12 months not much, after a change in Skills coach this improved and have been able to progress very quickly. Covering more work in 4 months than in the previous 12 months.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification will provide a good back round to the job role, however is not really applicable to the real world work that I am completing.

  • Not many that were applicable to my role. Tried to take part in as many as I could to be involved, even if they were virtual.
