Yes, I have built on my communication skills massively since i first joined the firm.
I loved the school leaver programme. It is a great chance for individuals to earn money and study at the same time without having any debt!
The school leaver programme is very well organised.
I receive a lot of support from not only my team but from the professional qualifications team.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider. The resources available are extremely useful.

We have a Next Gen event which means that we can connect with people within the private client service industry, i.e. Lawyers, Bankers, and other accountants. There are of course always opportunities to get involved with sports and social activities.
Yes
It is a very good company to work for. The support you get from them is amazing. The internal training is so in depth. You get to make a load of new friends.
I would say that University is not the only option. I was never academically clever so this was another alternative to be a chartered tax advisor whilst earning money and learning on the job.
