  • I’m doing support worker, which is what I like to do my duties are to deliver the duties of care to the individual.

  • Yeah I got confidence in how to do one on one and two on one, also more confidence in how to create an activity with individual,workplace also teamwork.

  • Actually I’m enjoying because that’s what I’m looking for, I like to see my affect in other people life, and how I can make someone day.

  • Not really well, as I lost my company email address for a while after I got it back my laptop gone, so it’s little bit unorganised at the moment.

  • I got the support what I want from my team mates and team leader specially my manager she’s the best manager I had in my life.

  • Of course some activities gives you chance to know the individual more and well also can build trusting between and makes staff more close to the individual like examples, radio club or gateway and library too .

  • I started that career with choice support about two years ago, all experienced I had from colleagues and managers so from my experience with choices I would prefer choice to anyone wants to start that type of work and don’t know where he can start from so I prefer CS
