My role involves consulting with clients and developing systems using salesforce

Yes I have learnt new programming skills along with consulting skills

I really enjoy my program to a good level of extent which is suitable for me.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say the program is well structured but when it comes to assignments for university I feel like there is not my organisation nor structure as a student I feel like the deadlines for the first year assignments where not very balanced.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from my employers

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I do receive enough support when needed it's just sometimes there are availability issues from the lectures.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the qualifications and learning have really benefited me in a lot of ways when it comes to using the thing I have learnt in the workplace

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have only been involved in the Christmas party of 2023 whic was amazing as I used it as a networking event

Capgemini is a amazing and flexible company also very supportive in whatever we do.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?

Always stay focused and try your hardest along with making sure you stand out. Don't put yourself down if you don't get into capgemini there will always be a chance.
