i have to support children for example take care of their physical health like changing nappies. plan activities that help children develop their physical, cognitive, emotional and social development.
i have learned what to do during a fire drill.
i enjoy my programme allot. seeing children build attatchments and develop in different areas of learning encourages me to keep going
our organisation is very well structured around the children ensuring their needs are met
i recieve allot of supportt when i feel like im struggling with my work
i recieve allot of support. sometimes we do theunits as a class to make sure everyone is on the same page
it has helped me understand why children display certain characteristics and how to support them
there are stay plays and conferences that the organisation provides as a whole

it helped me understand and see children in a different light because i got to learn in depth abouth their characteristics, their interests, their dislikes and their overall early years life
