Supervising and safeguarding children while supporting a structured routine for the children's day, providing and delivering learning opportunities and fun. Working in partnership with colleagues, parents and other agencies.
I have a deeper and broader knowledge of the EYFS, children's developmental stages and my companys policies and ethos.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship and find my apprenticeship managers delivery of the content to be Insightful, well structured and easy to digest.
Very well, my only criticism is that I feel we should have one session just for study and the alternative for free study, allowing more time to process information.
I would say minimal support as the nursery setting can be very busy so its hard to find time to have conversations centred around the apprenticeship.
I feel very supported by my tutor and apprenticeship managers
100% We cover all themes and aspects of caring for children so when going into my setting it feels close to instinct to incorporate what I have learned into my everyday practice.
Very rarely from my experience so far.

I believe that LEYF's core values and ethos are great and that they really care about the child care education sector. The company cares also about their staff and you can feel valued here.
Don't over think it, take the time to enjoy your role and try to remember your time as a child in nursery/school and what you needed and liked about the setting or teachers in your life.
