  • My role allows me to study alongside working. This gives me the opportunity to learn and then put into practice what I have learnt to help the children develop and grow.

  • I have developed my existing skill of patience. Working with children allows me to think more openly and understand my way of thinking may not be theirs.

  • I enjoy the programme very much. I appreciate that we have been given an opportunity to study alongside gaining actual experiences from the nursery.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The course felt a little scattered at the start in regards to how to access specific resources that we needed to. Additionally, regarding functional skills, I feel we have needed (still need) extra support via in person from the provider from time to time.

  • I receive so much support as I am able to reach out to them and gain the help I need.

  • I receive a good amount of support from the training provider. I am able to contact them with any questions or concerns I may have.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the training provider helps me to perform better in my role as they give useful information and tips that I can implement throughout my time within the nursery.

  • Yes

  • Although organisation needs to be improved, they provide the best support if you are struggling.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Education?
  • If you require extra support ensure you question if they can support you with that and ensure with assignments you manage your time wisely.
