The overview of my job role is to shadow my mentor as well as carrying out things such as services and diagnostics etc.. If I struggle with anything I ask questions.
Whilst being here I have learnt so many new things to do on cars such as oil changes, diagnosing faults, changing sensors and lots more.
I very much enjoy the programme that I am on the only thing I am unkeen of is having VCT's I would much rather just do the learning at college.
It is very well organised
I receive plenty of support from my employer such as making sure I have everything I need for the VCT's and that I am on track with all my work as well as going through block reports from college.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider, At least every month my skills coach comes to my workplace and makes sure I am on track with everything and offers me support with the learning and sets me goals for the next visit.
I think it helps me to perform very well
