My role includes servicing and repairs on light vehicles
I have learnt many new skills as before my apprenticeship I had not had any experience with cars at all
I enjoy my programme extremely, I am having enjoying what I do and I love learning new things
My programme is very well structured
From my employer I receive as much support as they can give, they are very eager to aid me in my learning
I receive a lot of help, including scheduled calls and college dates as well as extra resources if requested
I feel it helps me immensely as it improves my knowledge about things that I may encounter in the workplace

For anyone looking towards a career in the motor industry, Ford will set a person up for a lifetime career and give as much help as possible
