I work within the CRM team in DTC sending out email and push notification marketing to customers. My days consist of working with my team and agency to brief campaigns, work on audience targeting, creatives and copy. I work with a lot of teams throughout marketing.
I have learnt a lot when it comes to handling data, creative work and communication within my role. A lot of my role entails reporting and use of audience data. It also involves working on copy/creatives for emails. My role also invloves communicating a lot to ensure campaigns are deployed.
I enjoy my apprentice a lot as it has helped me gain a lot of experience and given me the ability to learn at the same time.
It is organised well with regular learning sessions with other emerging talent groups.
We receive adequate support for our course and there is always contacts for any issues.
I get good support from my training provider. However, it is harder to get my needed support from my training provider when it comes to understanding more about what my EPA will entail.
My studies relate to my role so i can usually find ways to apply it even if in a more general sense to my tasks.
Yes there are many different groups to join and i sometimes join football games with my team or others at the office.

It is a top company with some of the highest levels of everything (in my case marketing). I experience what top CRM (and other) marketing is like and also learn at my university at the same time to get a degree.
