I am a data analyst. I analyse data for marketing.

Yes, I have learned a lot about consumer data insights. I have learned how to use Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other tools.

I love it! It has been an amazing developing experience.

I think the training provider (Multiverse) could have been more supportive.

Unilever was being amazing, and my team has been extremely supportive, especially my manager.

I had a disability, and I don't feel the program offered enough support for neurodivergent people.

The main reason is how friendly and supportive everyone is at Unilever. There are a lot of smart people you can learn from. Also, Unilever is a global company that offers a lot of different functions to learn and develop in, such a marketing, finance, legal, and more.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?

This is an amazing company to start your career journey. Be curious, ask questions, and learn from others.
