Completing different rotations to gain experience within the company- dealing with stakeholders and engaging with customers. Creating customer reports and understanding dealing with software and networks.
The programme offers the perfect work/life balance and it is very easy to juggle when you want to take time off.
could do with minor restructuring and reassessing of rotations, but overall is good.
my employer offers support in numerous ways as well as a very well thought out benefits plan.

There has not been much of a link as of yet between my degree and line of work.
