Assisting Engineers on their jobs, providing my full attention any what they are doing and how the job is handled and why it’s done that way.

Fitting new lights and how to properly dispose (WEE Waste).

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

100%! It’s a mixture of theory and hands on which is appropriate for my job.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very, I’m able to know who I need to speak to if I need help and guidance and everything is followed up on so I thoroughly understand.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everything i need is there for me and guidance is always given by the employees.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I attend College and the tutors are always on hand to demonstrate and go through any questions I may face.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will help me with securing my job as they give their time and effort to get myself and others to understand how it can be taken to the workplace and where certain criteria fits.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Networking Events are quarterly and always fun and I’ve been a couple outings with some of the colleagues.

Yes

It’s a huge company that’s understands their employees and has different fields of work with all following the RISE Values to make a friendly workplace.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CBRE?

Know where you want to go first. Although, there is many job opportunities to choose from which a person can fit into many as there is so much opportunity under CBRE.
