Work the tills, self checkout, provide good customer service and ensure products are always available for customers
Confidence, teamwork and adaptability
The employees make it very easy to understand the job role and what is set for me to do
So we’ll thats it’s been kept the same for over years and has always stuck the same
I’ve receive a lot of support from my employer and my other colleagues that are their to guide me
During the first 4 weeks I received working under deputy mangers or assistant managers and taught what tasks are to be done day be day
I feel very confident in my training provided as I feel like an asset to the team and still have many things to learn
We have loads of social gatherings and also a football group organised together for the workplace
Yes
Because Aldi was one of the most simplest and responsible things I felt like I’ve done so far
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and be sure to not make the same ones again
