I work as a Support Worker to various persons who have Acquired brain injuries. I Use person centered approach to provide support along side co-worker and supporting agencies who provide necessary therapy required.
Definitely, therapeutic skills that the guys I support need and demand as well

Definitely, events that runs on monthly basis, which brings Staffs and people we support together. In house meeting for the PWS, STAFFS meeting, British events on calendar, coffee days, cookies day, red mose day, etc

Voyage care has been reflecting a huge sense of humor to both staffs and people we support, including their relatives. Also being critical about individual people we supports need,
