My role now specifically focuses into the Consultancy category where I deal with stakeholders internally and externally working on different types of tenders typically including Big4 and Tier 2 suppliers, engagements and secondments including any other activities that align with team objectives
New skills are learnt all the time. By being able to work with different stakeholders it allows me to see different perspectives, improve my current skills and take in different ways of working.
The Graduate Apprenticeship programme I am on is great. I am now nearly finished in year 3 and the support I have had throughout has been amazing
Overall, the programme itself is easy to follow and materials are all provided in one place. As this was setup during COVID, the course has still remained fully online which have made some things a bit more difficult
The support I receive from abrdn is amazing. The team and senior members of the organisation are all willing to help
Alot of the courses I have completed through the programme so far have had a link to abrdn and the role I am in and has let me use scenarios and teachings from the course and applied it in my actual role
Yes
Everyone is willing to help and the support given is great
