My role is to repair and maintain light commercial vehicles. Mostly this involves servicing and a range of diagnostic repairs.
I have learnt a significant amount about the construction and operation of vehicles and how to repair mechanical parts.
I enjoy my program a lot.

The support is good, just the delivery lacks.

Yes
The benefits are good, and it's a fairly relaxed and comfortable place to work as long as you don't mind the inherent "bureaucratic" parts of working for a large company.
Make sure you like the people in the branch you work with, you only really talk to those in your local area each day.
