    • I'm an technician apprentice. My role is to service vans, diagnostics, repair, engine change and many more.

    • Yes I have learnt I to work as a team, communicate as a team and making sure that I do my job as best as I can to make sure that customers are happy with Trust Ford

    • I really enjoy my job as it is something I'm passionate about and the work environment.

    • It is well organised from Trust Ford to Skillnet. They all make sure that we learn well and understood what we learning.

    • My employer gives us enough support

    • Skillnet has always provided us with a lot of support, making sure that we understood what we are learning

    • Best job I have ever had. Everyone well friendly and it's a fun environment as we spend most of our time at work

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ford?

    • Never give up on your dream. I started my Apprenticeship at 25. I'm now 27. I enjoy my role learning to be best as I can.
