Commerical Technician Review

My job role is technician, I work on vehicles and repair and diagnose faults

I have developed my skills at vospers significantly since the start of my apprenticeship and have gained a real understanding of the basics of mechanics

I greatly enjoy the programme, with both work colleagues and apprenticeship class mates I have a great relationship with both allowing me to have a fun learning environment

At times there can be abit of issues with preparation from skillnet with multiple booking issues and lack of VCT teachers which is understandable but frustrating at times

I have received lots and lots of support from my workshop controller who understands the program and helps us plan for things ahead

Skillnet are helpful at times with letting us know what’s happening in our EPA etc

They will allow me to further along for the Ford side of education at vospers allowing me to gain my master tech eventually

The lads at work have accumulated a 6 a side football team which we play every Monday and Thursday
